Windermere Cronin & Caplan Realty Group Presents Funding to Rose City Rowing in partnership with New Avenues for Youth

Funds benefit homeless and low-income families and youth within the local community

PORTLAND, OR. – May 16, 2011 – Windermere Cronin & Caplan Realty Group presented a check at its NW Portland-Johnson branch to Rose City Rowing. Cary Perkins, Johnson branch Foundation Representative presented the check to Andrew Shannon, Program Coordinator at Rose City Rowing.

Rose City Rowing will dedicate the funds to their Rowing club program.

Windermere Real Estate has a long-standing tradition of assisting low-income families and giving back to the community.  In addition to helping Rose City Rowing, the associates of Windermere Cronin & Caplan Realty Group also participate in annual community service projects and donate a portion of every commission to the Windermere Foundation – a non-profit organization that has raised and donated more than $10 million since its inception to support programs for low-income and homeless families in the communities served by Windermere.
