Windermere Announces New Managing Broker of Portland Heights Office
PORLTAND, Ore. — October 11, 2013 — Windermere Cronin & Caplan Realty Group, Inc. (Windermere) is pleased to announce Benjamin Rice as the new Managing Broker of its Portland Heights office. Will Rader had previously filled that role for eight years before deciding to transition back to being a Realtor with Windermere.
Rice’s 15 years of experience as Realtor with Windermere has prepared him to fulfill his new role in working with the Realtors to deliver the best results for their clients. He will also support the Realtors in their quest to continually stay cutting edge — integrating the newest tools and resources into their practice.
“I identified Benj early on as possessing the right mix of intelligence, market savvy and ability to work with highly professional, qualified and successful real estate agents — which is not an easy task,” said Rader. “He also understands the new technology that is a requirement for today’s Brokers. I’m confident that he can handle the transition from being a Broker to working with them and helping them succeed.”
Rader will continue his 22 years of real estate experience at Windermere with a focus matching clients with the talent that can be found at Windermere based on each client’s individual needs.
“I thoroughly enjoyed the last eight years I spent managing Windermere’s Portland Heights office. However, I have decided to transition back into being a Broker for Windermere in order to spend more time with my family, a prospect about which they are not thrilled,” Rader joked.
